Binh Duong province’s porcelain sector continued well maintaining its operation over the past year. It is believed that the sector will further obtain stable growth in 2019.

In 2018, Binh Duong province hosted two international events, namely the World Technopolis Association (WTA) summit and the Horasis meeting. Successfully organizing the two events was seen as a good opportunity for the local business community to approach the market, set up development strategies and make sci-tech application towards sustainable development. This marked the local breakthrough in the integration and development period.

In 2018, Binh Duong province continued reaching and exceeding the set targets on socio-economic development. This result came from the efforts by the local sectors and authorities at all levels in realizing entrusted tasks.
The Government has applied trade defense measures under the World Trade Law. Meanwhile, agencies on customs, tax…have always upgraded new regulations and disseminated them among businesses. All have created excitation among people and the local business community, significantly contributing to the local sustainable development.
