The company last year reached a total revenue of US$40mln and generated stable jobs for 3,300 workers. Thanks to the attention of the local administration plus favorable investment climate, the company worked very effectively over the past time, according to company General Director Jimmy. Le Duc Hung, Chairman of the company’s Trade Union said that the company has supported bus and train tickets for workers who return home for Tet so that they are able to come back to work after Tet as stipulated.
Around 2,500 workers at Binh Duong Garment One-Member Co.Ltd. are also jubilant to welcome Tet with the average bonus of VND8mln per person. In addition, the company has spent VND1.2bln on organizing trips to home for workers to celebrate Tet with their relatives.
This year, the province has paid more attention to taking care of laborers on Tet. Provincial Labor Union has provided free bus tickets for workers living from central Phu Yen province to Ha Noi to return home for Tet. The province has presented Tet gifts for workers who are not able to return home for Tet. Besides, mass organizations in the province have jointly organized cultural-sports activities in celebration of the lunar new year for workers living away from home…
