Becamex IDC and Warburg Pincus LLC have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to formally and jointly launch BW Industrial Development Corporation with a total investment capital of more than US$ 200 million in stage one in the field of industrial development, real estate and logistics services.
BW Industrial Development Corporation has hired land for eight projects in five provinces and cities in the northern and southern key economic regions of Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Hai Phong, Hai Duong and Bac Ninh with a total area of over 2 million square meters of industrial land. BW Industrial Development Corporation is committed to be the leader in building the foundation and supply of industrial real estate products for lease and logistics and supporting other sectors such as manufacturing, logistics and processing industries into the 4th industrial revolution.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, Mai Hung Dung congratulated the launch of BW Industrial Development Corporation. In the coming time, provincial leaders will create interest and create favorable conditions for the company to continue investing to expand production and business to contribute positively to the socio-economic development of the province.
At the ceremony, Mr. Mai Hung Dung handed over the investment certificate to BW Industrial Development Corporation.
