On the afternoon of August 25, an inspection delegation of the Central Steering Board of the Project 61, led by Cao Quoc Hung, Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry, had a working session with Binh Duong province about the local implementation of the Conclusion 61 of the Party Central Secretariat. Pham Van Canh, Permanent Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People’s Council; Dang Minh Hung, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee together with leaders of sectors, departments and mass organizations in the province received the delegation.
Over the past years, Party organizations, authorities and Farmers’Associaties at all levels of the province seriously and sufficiently the contents of the Conclusion 61 of the Party Central Secretariat on the realization of the Project on “Improving the role and responsibility of Vietnam Farmers’ Association in developing agricultural production, building new-style rural areas and Vietnamese farming class for the 2010-2020 period. The province’s social welfare at present is ensured with around 45,000 laborers offered jobs annually…
