Mr. Jeon Yong Ho, Director of DCT Partners (Vietnam) Co. Ltd., is working as a legal entity of Charm Engineering Co. Ltd. in Vietnam (project owner). He proudly informed that the building is built by Posco E&C 2 months faster than expected.
Posco E&C is globally prestigeous for its commitments and quality of construction. Thus, 75% of appartments have been sold out despite freezing real estates market. Mr. Jeon Yong Ho asserted that customers are buying for accommodation only. Therefore, his company concentrates on long-term settledown.
Charm Plaza is considered as one of the major and successful apparment projects which is 30-40 minutes from Ho Chi Minh City and in neighborhood of Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park and Song Than Industrial Park with over 600 South Korean companies, 500 Taiwanese companies. And 404 appartments of Charm Plaza are awaiting customers.
