Thanks to its devotion to clients plus capacity of supplying hundreds of various material building and interior decorative products, Chin Phuoc has not only stood firm in Binh Duong’s market, but also expanded its production and business activities to Bien Hoa, Mekong Delta provinces. Chinh Phuoc has so far set up its two branches in HCM city’s Binh Chanh district.

To date, Chin Phuoc Private Enterprise has achieved considerable growth, but no one knows that Le Huu Loc, the owner of the enterprise started his business from a small variety store. Loc said that in 1997, after a period of working as a technician at his family’s furniture workshop, he opened a small store trading in water and electricity equipment at So Sao crossroads.
But, realizing that the demand for building materials in Binh Duong was very great, he got involved in the material building sector in 2003. After nearly 10 years of development, Chin Phuoc has become a prestigious supplier of building materials and interior decorative products in Binh Duong and it is now the agent of tens of building materials and interior decorative trademarks.B
Business expanded
In 2010, realizing that the demand for building materials and interior decorative products in Binh Duong was very great because Binh Duong new city was entering a strong construction period, Le Huu Loc decided to build a supermarket on building materials and interior decorative products for better development.
The five-storey Chi Phuoc supermarket on building materials and interior decorative products is located at So Sao crossroads with total floor area of 230sq.m and thousands of products on display. This is a great effort of Chin Phuoc to better serve clients.
Noticeably, his variety store has still been opened at the ground-floor of the supermarket. He explained that he has done this because he has wanted to remember his business start and provide enough building materials, interior decorative products for clients
Also according to him, thanks to seizing a chance plus luckiness, devotion to clients and competitive prices, Chin Phuoc has gained success in the building material and interior decorative field.
