From now to 2025, Binh Duong province will step up investment in a clean water supply system for northern districts, increasing the proportion of population supplied with clean water in the southern urban areas, step by step completing the local clean water supply system for urban and rural areas.
The province has attached special importance to speeding up the progress of constructing and completing urban water drainage projects approved, especially those with regional connectivity such as Ong Thanh, Binh Thang streams; strengthened and upgraded the embankments of canals belonging to the water drainage system of Song Than - Dong An Industrial Parks and surrounding areas, in combination with urban roads in Thuan An city; implemented a project on solidification for Rach Chay stream in Di An city’s Tan Binh ward. In addition, the province has further dredged and upgraded canals in Thu Dau Mot city, Thuan An city; set up a plan on connecting drainage branches with the local main drainage system while improving flooded spots in urban areas.
