Binh Duong has been the country’s symbol of rapid and strong industrial development. However, in the process of production and business, it requires businesses to realize environmental protection by cleaner production.
Minimizing environmental protection
Environmental protection caused by untreated waste water, industrial and harmful garbage… has become more serious and created many difficulties for managerial units. Therefore, cleaner production in industry has been concerned by people.
Besides, trend of sustainable development and economic growth in parallel with environmental protection have been paid attention specially. Moreover, the provincial department of Trade and Industry said that cleaner production will help businesses improve efficiency of production and laborers’ health.
In 2009, the Prime Minister ratified “cleaner production strategy till 2020” to disseminate the model to businesses in a bid to minimize environmental pollution. Launching widely
At present, local industrial production has moved to development in depth. The work of launching cleaner production in industry has been implemented for a long time. This not only helps businesses enjoy technology innovation and improvement of business efficiency but raises awareness on cleaner production for business community and local managerial units.
In 2010, training courses on cleaner production were opened for 120 local businesses. Participants realized importance of applying cleaner production into production and business.
Through the courses, participants understand the role of cleaner production in process of industrialization and modernization. Therefore, businesses have launched solutions to apply cleaner production into their operation”.
To keep supporting businesses in cleaner production, the Ministry of Trade and Industry will keep supporting cost for businesses in the 2012-2016 period. After assessment, businesses applying cleaner production models will enjoy costs to improve production technology, improving living conditions for workers and residential areas.
