Average income per capital of members was at VND 3.5 to 4.5 million a month.Aside from production and business operations, the mentioned collectives have taken parts in charity drives to support the poor and disaster-hit victims.Aside from the mentioned collectives, 5,233 partnership groups resided with major activities in agriculture and job creation to contribute to economic development, poverty reduction and live hood elevation for members.However, the development of the partnership groups is spontaneous with loose tie and limited cooperation not qualified for stability and sustainability. Mr. Tran Van Luc, Chair of Binh Duong Provincial Collective Alliance informed that in 2013 the Alliance has concentrated on establishment of new collectives while resolving drawbacks in organization and operation of business and production combined with new and general business services.The collectives have mobilized all forces to diversify business lines and investment equity to innovate technologies, factories, and production in connection with other economic components in a bid to optimize proficiency of the collectives and elevate income of the members and laborers.Besides, from the beginning of the year, the Alliance has implemented plan to re-organize its operations with concentration on propaganda for Law on Collectives 2012 so as to timely discover drawbacks.Mr. Nguyen Huu Tam, Director of Collective for General Services and Environment of Dong Hoa Ward in Di An Town, said: “Thanks to timely care and guidance from the date of establishment, our collective has been in sustainable development. By promoting self governance and equality in work, we have established everlasting trust. For the time to come, we are hopeful that the steering board for innovation and development of collective economy should extend more care to the grassroots, especially to the newly established collectives for extension of support and guidance in continual development.”The basic causes barring collective economy in Binh Duong from development included effectiveness, high ratio of termination and postponement, limited equity, member benefits, and limited guiding documents for Law on Collectives 2013.
