Nguyen Nhat Kim, director of T&T electronics Company in Song Than IP in Di An town said that businesses are facing many difficulties such economic recession, public debt crisis, inflation and so on. With the above objective reasons, businesses are forced to accept them and consider them as a risk in business. Meanwhile, problems of capital, interest rate… under macro-policy, local authorities have no measures to solve businesses’ difficulties.
Having the same point of view with Kim, Tran Anh Tu, director of a company limited in Di An town, shared “to overcome difficulties, we want to enjoy exemption and decrease of taxes and so on but local authorities can not meet our desire. So, we must await central policies”.
Most of the businesses are in need of assistance from authority. Many businesses said that though investment environment in Binh Duong has been considered as the best environment in the country, decrease on PCI ranking in the past 2 years has showed a decline of local investment environment.
Many businesses have complained about quality of service assistance in the field of customs, transparence and publicity of administration procedures. All these factors trigger difficulty, waste of money, labor and time for enterprises.
Therefore, if businesses enjoy assistance from local authorities, they will have driving force to overcome difficulties.
