In the morning of December 28, in Binh Duong New City, Becamex Tokyu Co. Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Sora Gardens SC Trade Center and inaugurated SORA Gardens II Apartment.

Attending the ceremony was Sir Watanabe Nobuhiro, Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh city, Mr. Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee and representatives of departments and sectors in the province.
Trade Center "SORA Gardens SC" with an area of 5,000 square meters is built at the gateway of Binh Duong New City at Hoa Phu ward of Thu Dau Mot city. In addition to outstanding commercial facilities including retailers, restaurants, and cinemas, Sora gardens SC was also selected by the Japanese AEON supermarket system to deploy the model of "Compact department store - GMS” for the first time in Vietnam. This is an important project in the urban area that the province and the people are very interested in for its promising results to become the focus of attracting residents to live and work.
Sora gardens II apartment building has a total area of 84,000 square meters for 24 floors with 557 high-class apartments meeting Japanese quality with cool green living space and many high-class facilities to bring a comfortable and quality lifestyle. Together with Sora Gardens 1, Sora Gardens 2, and Sora Gardens SC Shopping Center, it will form a modern and vibrant residential community at the gateway to the New City, contributing to changing the face and raising values of Binh Duong New City.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the positive contributions of Becamex Tokyu Co. Ltd. Chairman of the provincial People's Committee emphasized that the provincial authority is committed to always accompany, support and create the most favorable conditions for businesses.
