The opinion of some economic experts is that Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces in the region need to build a regional linkage mechanism to become the dominant thinking throughout the process of building common development. When localities and businesses are connected, strong links will create a large space for socio-economic development together. The conference held last weekend on summarizing the program of socio-economic development cooperation between Ho Chi Minh City and the Southeast provinces is of special significance, creating a breakthrough for the socio-economic; opening up new opportunities for development for each locality and the whole region.
