On May 30, Mr. Bui Minh Tri, Vice Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting with Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ho Chi Minh City (JCCH) led by Mr. Kume Kunihide, Director of Mitsubishi Vietnam Company, Ho Chi Minh City Branch and new Chairman of JCCH. At the meeting, Mr. Bui Minh Tri gave an overview of Binh Duong's socio-economic development situation, and appreciated and expressed gratitude for the contributions of Japanese enterprises in the province to the overall success in recent years.
Currently, Japan ranks second out of 65 countries and territories with investment projects in Binh Duong province with 365 projects with a total registered investment capital of more than US$6 billion.
