According to provincial Statistics Bureau, provincial CPI (consumer price index) of October 2014 fell slightly compared to the last month (0.1%). The main reason is decreased petrol prices and some vegetables and fruits are in the harvest. However, compared to December 2013, CPI increases by 2.47%.
9/11 commodity groups increase, namely: food and catering services increased by 4.26%, in which provisions 5.45% and foodstuff 5.18%; beverages and tobacco 5.5.7%; home appliances 1.2%; medicines and medical services 0.25%; education 3.45%; traffic 0.22%; culture, entertainment and tourism 4.1%; other commodity 4.85%.
There were 2/11 groups decreased: housing and construction material 1.97%, telecommunications 2.49%.
