Early October 12, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV)’s Binh Duong branch held a conference to connect banks and businesses on promoting the implementation of the interest rate support program under the Government’s Decree No. No. 31/2022/ND-CP dated May 20, 2022. The event was attended by Nguyen Van Danh, Vice-Chairman of provincial People's Committee.

At the conference, businesses raised obstacles in the process of accessing loans...They also suggested the SBV and commercial banks to study and consider conditions for lending with interest rate support, maintaining interest rates at a low level to support businesses in difficult times.
Speaking at the conference, Mr.Danh hoped that credit institutions will create more favorable conditions for people and businesses to access preferential loans. The SBV’s Binh Duong branch continues directing credit institutions in the province to focus on grasping the support needs of clients; coordinate with functional units to continue strengthening communication, and direct dialogues with the local clients, in order to help businesses, cooperatives, and business households to quickly grasp information and ways to effectively approach preferential policies at commercial banks in the coming time.
