CTBC Bank learns about investment opportunities in Binh Duong

On the afternoon of December 10, Nguyen Loc Ha, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of provincial People's Committee, along with leaders of relevant departments, met and worked with a delegation from CTBC Bank (Chinatrust Commercial Bank - Taiwan)’s  Ho Chi Minh city Branch, led by Chen Ching Chuan, CEO of the bank. The delegation visited Binh Duong in research of investment opportunities in the province.

Mr. Chen Ching Chuan stated that CTBC Bank is one of the largest private banks in Taiwan (China), with over 50 years of experience in the financial and banking sector. In Vietnam, CTBC Bank has a representative office in Hanoi and a branch in Ho Chi Minh city. With more than 20 years of operation in Vietnam, CTBC Bank has built a professional team of staff who are knowledgeable about the market and ready to meet the diverse financial needs of both domestic and international customers.

At the meeting, Mr. Ha provided an overview of the local socio-economic development situation in 2024, highlighting the province's potential, strengths and investment attraction policies to the delegation. He thanked the delegation for exploring investment opportunities in Binh Duong and emphasized that the province is always committed to creating favorable conditions through mechanisms, policies and various incentives for both domestic and foreign financial and banking enterprises to invest in the province.

Provincial People's Committee Vice Chairman expressed his hope that in the near future, CTBC Bank would provide access to its funding policies for local enterprises and organizations. He also encouraged the bank to strengthen connections by introducing and creating favorable for Taiwanese investors to learn about investment opportunities in Binh Duong.
