Curtain wall offers power saving

Environment-friendly and energy-saving constructions are of more focus in Vietnam to optimize energy use. In recent years, curtain walls have been more and more used in constructions of commercial centers, offices, high-end restaurants as favored by architectures, designers, and investors.

Curtain walls are being made by Eurowindow

In responding to this trend, Eurowindow has invested into 2 modern lines for producing curtain walls at capacity of 800,000 square meters a year in Tan Uyen District.

“Because those are light and highly durable materials, the constructions will be lighter and offered with maximum light and view to users,” said an engineer of Eurowindow who is coordinating with projects of Becamex Tower and Becamex City Center.

“Energy saving and efficiency in buildings are vital aspects of modern and civilized life and in comformity with requirements of the State, of sustainable development and of environment protection. Therefore, curtain walls used in high buildings will be effective in construction and energy saving,” said Nguyen Hong Canh, General Director of Eurowindow.
