In the first months of 2019, the whole district had 9 new public projects, 7 transition projects and 24 ones being prepared for investment. The district’s key projects, including those of An Lap high school, An Lap primary school, Minh Hoa primary school…were carried out on schedule.
The district is perfecting the 1:500 scale planning of Dau Tieng township’s airport, eastern and northern urban areas. The district has also teamed up with provincial Department of Construction to ask for provincial People’s Committee to say ok to the adjustment of the urban planning for Thanh Tuyen, Long hoa, Minh Hoa and Dau Tieng township

The project of upgrading the way in the front of the district’s Party Committee and People’s Committee to August Revolution street is expected to bring a new image to Dau Tieng.
Nguyen Phuong Linh, Chairman of the district’s People’s Committee said that model residential areas will be built along the two sides of the street, creating a synchronous beauty in terms of civilized urban construction towards in the central area of the district. The district is expected to call for investors that are capable of finance to build these model town housing areas.
The district has continued making the overall planning adjustment of 4 urban areas in Thanh Tuyen, Long Hoa, Minh Hoa and Dau Tieng township; set up projects on upgrading Thanh Tuyen urban area and upgrading it into a township. Along with this, the district will work with consulting units to fulfill the 1:1500 scale detailed planning for Dau Tieng township’s trade-service center. The district will also hasten the progress of construction of public investment projects and promote capital disbursement for them with a target of reaching 100% of the year’s plan on capital disbursement.
