During the first 6 months of 2024, Dau Tieng district achieved positive results in fields of economy - society, defense - security; the Party building was also strong.
Most of the district's socio-economic indicators have stable growth, social security was ensured. Accordingly, the total economic growth in the district reached 12,846.4 billion VND, reaching 43.04% of the plan, an increase of 14.88% year-on-year. Namely, the value of industrial and construction production was 6,391.8 billion VND, reaching 40.74% of the plan, an increase of 19.6%; the value of commercial and service production was 4,726.9 billion VND, reaching 53.4% of the plan, an increase of 12.5%; and the value of agricultural production was 1,727.7 billion VND, reaching 32.57% of the plan, an increase of 5.6% over the same period last year. Budget revenue and expenditure, public investment, new and advanced rural construction... were implemented synchronously and effectively.
Social security was guaranteed, the district mobilized many resources to take care of key social and policy beneficiaries; Cultural, artistic, and sports activities were also developed; Political security, social order and safety were maintained.
