To realize the policy of economic restructuring, the industry of Dau Tieng district has made positive progress, accounts for more than 46% of the district’s economic structure, making an important contribution to the overall achievements of the locality.
The whole district of Dau Tieng currently has 447 businesses operating stably, with a total registered capital of 1,380 billion VND. In which, there are 64 manufacturing enterprises that are specialized in wood processing, rubber latex, production of fine art ceramics, bricks...; 16 construction companies; 7 transportation companies; 360 trade and service companies. These businesses have created regular jobs for over 13,000 local workers, with an average income of 68 million VND/person/year.
Most businesses have been operated stably and efficiently. In 2020 alone, the district attracted 53 investment enterprises in the area, and initially there were investors in fields of agricultural processing and poultry products with modern production lines, suitable to the potential of the district.
