In August 2022, the total production value in the area was estimated at VND 1,783.889 billion, increasing by 14.1% over the same stage in 2021. In the 8 months of 2022, the total economic value of the locality was estimated at VND 13,382.466 billion VND.
Specifically, the industrial-construction-production value of the district in August was estimated at VND 829,936 billion, increasing by 20%; the value of trade-services was estimated at VND 496.395 billion, increasing 13.4%; agricultural production value was estimated at VND 457,558 billion, increasing by 5.4% over the same stage in 2021.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Phuong Linh, Chairman of the district People's Committee said that the local socio-economic situation is showing signs of recovery and good growth after the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to achieve the goals set out in the annual plan, he suggested that the departments, divisions and localities drastically and quickly implement the action programs outlined in the plan. At the same time, all levels, branches and localities need to speed up the project implementation progress and the disbursement progress of public investment capital to actively develop plans and estimates for 2023 for the fields and areas in charge.
