Under provincial Party Committee’s action program on synchronous infrastructure construction to develop Vietnam into an modern industrial country by 2020, Dau Tieng district has over time paid attention to infrastructure development, contributing to promoting the local socio-economic development.
From rural traffic infrastructure
According to statistics, the total
investment capital of the whole society in Dau Tieng district has got an annual
growth by 11.6%. Since 2005, the figure herein has reached nearly
VND2.134trillion, mostly for key soci-economic infrastructure works.

Dau Tieng district has so far fulfilled its task of upgrading intercommunal streets connecting with other localities, including Ben Cat district, HCM city’s Cu Chi district, Tay Ninh province’s Duong Minh Chau district, Binh Phuoc province’s Chon Thanh district and Binh Long town. 100% of bridges on main streets herein have also been upgraded.
Apartedly, the district has attached special importance to traffic infrastructure system in the urban area of Dau Tieng township, contributing to creating the image of a civilized and modern urban area in the future.
To electricity, water, health and education infrastructure
Dau Tieng district has also attached special importance to electric and water systems to serve local production and people’s daily life. As a result, 98% of people herein are now in use of electricity and clean water.
To cater society’s development demand, Dau Tieng district has focused on infrastructure investment in terms of health and education So far, there have had 8 out of 39 schools nationally standardized. 100% of the district’s health stations have met national standards and been doctorized; 100% of hamlets, quarters with health workers…
