Getting animated with emulation movements
To fulfill the set targets, Dau Tieng Rubber Corporation’s Trade Unions at all levels have well realized emulation movements among workers. This has greatly contributed to increasing the corporation’s production and trading efficiency.
Many emulation movements on “good
workmanship”, “thrift initiatives”, “Well-working”… launched by the
corporation’s Trade Union have strongly upheld their effectiveness, luring a
large number of workers and bringing good results.

Noticeably, the emulation movement of “well-working” has contributed to helping the corporation fulfill the set targets. There were more than 35,000 turns of staff winning the title of “good laborer”, more than 2,200 turns of staff with the title of “emulation soldier” in the last tenure. Thousands of turns of staff herein excellently fulfilled and exceeded the corporation’s plans on output.
Also upon the above emulation movements, the corporation has taken fruits in production and business. Particularly, the corporation exploited 185,212 tons of latex or 103% of the projection; processed 197,921 tons of products or 107% of the projection; consumed 194,233 tons of products…in the last tenure.
Regarding the management work, the corporation’s Trade Unions at all levels have taken part in stabilizing organization machinery and workforce suitable to requirements for production and business.
Staff’s living standard improved
The corporation’s Trade Unions at all levels have over time taken good care of laborers’ spiritual and material lives by many significant programs..
There were 715 worker households getting a total loan of VND13.8bln for building houses in the last tenure. Since 1994, 7,464 turns of worker households have been provided VND73.7bln in loan to build houses.
Since 2008, the corporation has spent more than VND40.5 bln on two fields of health and education and paid attention to making investment in welfare works.
According to the latest statistics from the corporation’s Trade Union, as of June 2012, the whole company had 7,766 well-off worker households or 77.2% of total and 2,291 worker households with average living standard and no more poor worker households…This was also the integral effort of the corporation’s Trade Union and leaders in the task of taking care of laborers’ spiritual and material lives.
