The company has also purchased products from small rubber plantations and created jobs for the local people. In recent years, the company has managed to surmount obstacles, excellently fulfilling its targets on production-business while taking good care of the spiritual and material lives of laborers.

During its operational process, the company has always accompanied and made contributions to the field of agriculture and rural development. In the 2015-2017 period, the company purchased more than 38,000 tons of rubber latex from the local people’s rubber plantations with the harmony of benefit ensured…

Motivation for sustainable development

Noticeably, the company has always attached special importance to applying sci-tech advancements into agricultural production. The company has so far researched and put new varieties with high yield like RRIV 1, RRIV 103, RRIV 114…into use; generated jobs for the local farmers while guiding them how to prevent some diseases in rubber tree.

The company has also coordinated with the local government to realize the National Target Program on New-Style Rural Construction. In the 2015-2017 period, the company has handed over more than 28 hectares of land in Dau Tieng, Bau Bang districts and Ben Cat town to functional agencies for the construction of public works to serve the local demand for new-style rural development. The support of the company has helped Dau Tieng district soon fulfill targets in new-style rural construction. This is the first district of the province recognized as a new-style rural district by the Prime Minister.

With achievements done over the past time, the company was awarded the “Enterprise for farmers” title of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Nguyen Van Minh, Vice-Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director of the company said that the title was a great honour for the company. This will be also a motivation for the company to overcome difficulties, continuing taking more fruits in production and business.
