The company since early April has only tapped more than 4,800 tons of rubber latex or 17.95% of the yearly plan, processed more than 6,500 tons of rubber latex or 17.84% of the yearly plan. Hence, all staff of the company need to make more efforts to obtain the set targets in 2015.

According to leaders of the company, as of late 2015, the company’s total area for rubber growing is 28,630 hectares. The company will also strive to fulfill and exceed its output plan of 27,000 tons with the average productivity of 1.46 hectares per ton…Thanks to having high quality, the company’s rubber latex products are sold at the average price of nearly VND34mln per ton, according to company CEO Nguyen Van Tan. The company will have to raise its output at material sources for production and export in the following years.
Mr.Tan has also just conducted the company’s Trade Unions at all levels to pay more attention to staff’s spiritual and material lives so that they could keep their mind on work, making contributions to the company. This year, the company will strive to reach workers’ average income of more than VND5mln per person per month.
