of building and development. Over years, Dau Tieng Rubber One-member Company
has invested nearly 30,000ha of rubber plantations, winning output from 0.65ton
per ha in 1990 to 2.1 tons/ha in 2008, exploiting and consuming 746,518 tons of
rubber latex, reaching 107% of plan and over VND16,147bil in revenue and nearly
VND6tril in profit…

The achievement has created more driving force for the company to invest over VND200bil to build and perfect 3 rubber latex processing factory compounds, lifting its processing capacity from 4,000 tons in 1990 to 47,000 tons in 2010.
The company’s products have been therefore popular across 40 nations and territories. In addition, the company has invested over VND792bil in perfecting electricity, road and a series of other works, meeting production and business of laborers as well as spurring Dau Tieng district’s socio-economic development.
Since 2005, the company has invested over VND447bil in subsidiary companies and long-term projects. Among 6 subsidiary companies, there are 2 companies operating at Laos and Cambodia.
The company party committee secretary Tran Van Du, said “Over the past 20 years, the company has constantly reinforced its managerial apparatus and spurred emulation movements to increase production and business”.
Therefore, the company’s workers have enjoyed a stable income of over VND8.4mil per capita per month. In addition, the company has supported loans worth over VND65.71bil for 7,110 worker households.
For 20 years, the company’s workgroup and labor force have created impressive marks for Dau Tieng homeland.
With achievements during the past 20 years, the company won many high-ranking awards such as 3 Independence Orders (first, second and third classes), 119 Labor Orders (first, second and third classes), 6,165 medals, insignias, 8 emulation flags, 181 merit certificates and so on. Especially, during the renewal process, the company won high-ranking titles of Labor heroic unit in the renewal process in 1998 and 2006.
