Dau Tieng district has so far absorbed 178 investment projects. The district has over time also focused on infrastructure development to meet the local demand for industrial development. Dau Tieng district’s Department of Economics actively acts as an advisor for the district’s People’s Committee in planning and calling for investment to the two industrial parks of “building materials and farm produce processing”.
Mr.Trang said that the project of “material building” industrial compound expects to be built on a 150-hectare area in An Lap commune’s Han Nu hamlet. Whilst, Long Hoa commune is being considered for building the project of “farm produce processing” industrial compound.
In addition to calling for investment to the industrial compounds, Dau Tieng district will brace up the development of individual business establishments, cooperatives in terms of traditional crafts, aiming to increase the local State budget revenue and generate jobs for the local laborers.
The Action Program 19 has also made mention of the establishment of industrial parks and compounds in association with Long Hoa urban area of Dau Tieng district to receive investment projects that are not suitable for arrangement in the southern region of the province…
Huynh Van Minh, deputy director of provincial Department of Construction said that implementation of the two projects will contribute to boosting the modernization and industrialization process of the province in the rural region.
