Dau Tieng district’s People’s Committee, on September 22, held a conference to review the local socio-economic performance, national defence and security in the first nine months of 2014 and design some key measures for the rest of the year.
Under the instruction of provincial People’s Committee, the Resolution of the district’s Party Committee, People’s Council and People’s Committee over the past nine months mapped out action plans in line with the local real situation while focusing on instructing sectors, communes and Dau Tieng township to actively take some measures to promote the local economic development and ensure social welfare.
The district’s total production value over the past nine months was estimated at nearly VND1.813trillion or 73.24%, up 11.1% compared to the corresponding period last year. Currently, the whole district has a total of 211 enterprises, up 22 against last year’s same period.
