In the first eight months of 2012, Dau Tieng district mainly instructed sectors and localities to further overcome difficulties, maintaining a stable growth.
The district’s total production value was estimated at more than VND1.39trillion or nearly 73% of the projection, up over 10% compared to the same period of last year. Of the total figure, agricultural production was nearly VND490bln or 66% of the projection; trade-services achieved more than VND463bln or more than 72% of the projection; industrial manufacture-construction reached nearly VND440bln or more than 82% of the projection.
Regarding basic construction, the district has so far fulfilled 12 projects and started construction of 14 others with total volume implemented estimated at more than VND145.69bln or nearly 78% of the projection.
The district also visited and presented gifts worth more than VND41bln to policy beneficiary families on Tet and great holidays; mobilized donors and organizations to donate more than 1,600 gifts worth more than VND475mln to needy people…
