Dau Tieng district’s People’s Committee held a meeting to review implementation of the local targets on socio-economic, national defence-security in the first nine months of this year and implement orientations, tasks for the remaining months of the year.
Over the past nine months, Dau Tieng district reached a total production value of more than VND1.27trillion, up 19.21% against the last year’s same period or 86% of the projection. The district also reached and exceeded the national targets in socio-cultural fields; mobilized organizations and individuals to build and present 9 gratitude houses and 70 compassion, unity ones to policy beneficiary and needy households.
For the rest of the year, Dau Tieng district’s People’s Committee has instructed the local functional sectors to give regular inspection and timely prevention for diseases in plants and animals; further monitor and guild the local farmers how to prevent leaf fall disease in rubber trees; well realize the national target programs on socio-cultural fields; maintain political security, social order and safety.
