In addition, the licensing of construction permits and construction management under licenses has been step by step in order; the management of construction practice was strengthened; the granting of practicing certificates and certificates of capability to conduct construction activities was carried out according to regulations. Accordingly, in the first quarter of 2018, Department of Construction organized meetings of Practicing Certificates Evaluating Council to grant certificates to organizations and individuals (2 times), in which 14 dossiers of organizations were qualified and 86 dossiers / 90 areas of individuals were qualified; organized the evaluation of 104 dossiers; checked and accepted 11 works; solved 68 dossiers of construction permit...
In the second quarter of 2018, provincial Department of Construction will continue reviewing and reforming administrative procedures for construction licensing and related procedures, enhance the application of information technology in construction licensing procedures to simplify procedures, reduce time for fulfilling administrative procedures, digitalize dossiers and integrate the implementation process; continue implementing Directive No. 05 / CT-TTg dated February 15, 2016 of the Prime Minister on the inspection, review and assessment of the safety of old dangerous buildings and public works at urban areas.
