At the Dialogue Conference, Binh Duong Tax Department focused on introducing new contents of Decree No. 119/2018 / ND-CP dated September 12, 2016 of the Government on electronic invoices when selling goods and services. service; guide the accounting regime for businesses. The Tax Department also discussed directly with taxpayers about problems in tax declaration and payment; tax exemption, tax reduction, tax refund, invoice, inspection, examination and settlement of complaints and denunciations in the tax field, the spirit of service attitude of tax officials in the performance of public duties. Also through the dialogue, a number of functional departments of the Tax Department have detailed instructions on procedures, methods of finalizing personal income tax and corporate income tax in 2018.
At the dialogue, the Tax Department received a lot of comments from the units to propose answers with content related to issues that taxpayers are interested in recently, such as tax declaration, calculate tax according to new regulations, policies on corporate income tax, personal income tax, problems in using invoices, vouchers, electronic invoices, problems in tax refund, depreciation of assets fixed, policies on land, tax declaration, tax exemption and tax reduction.
