Planning and urban planning management Nguyen Van Hung, general director of Becamex IDC stressed that urban development in Binh Duong not only focuses in central urban areas but in the entire province. Binh Duong's urban planning is implemented by experienced experts from the National University of Singapore. The planning is managed by designers during launching process in a bid to ensure standard of a dynamic, environmentally friendly and modern urban area. "The important thing in managing and inspecting planning is to shrink distance of approaching and enjoying benefits of urban areas including study, health care and creation", Hung said. This was explained by the provincial People's Committee vice chairman Tran Van Nam as follows: according to regulations, traffic system in industrial parks is under responsibility of investors but in Binh Duong investors must take charge of building roads out of the industrial parks and simultaneously contribute to develop potential and life of local people.
