Di An city contributes to double-digit growth

Together with the province, Di An City is striving to achieve the double-digit economic growth target set for 2025. The city is making significant efforts to leverage its potential and strengths in order to strengthen its economy, thereby contributing to the overall progress of the entire province.

In the first two months of 2025, the city's economic situation developed in the right direction, continuing its stable growth momentum. Accordingly, in February, the city's total retail sales of goods and service revenue is estimated to reach over 15,000 billion VND, and in the first two months of the year, it reached over 23,000 billion VND. Meanwhile, the city's industrial production value in February is estimated to reach more than VND 21,700 billion; the accumulated value in the first two months of the year is estimated to reach over VND 33,200 billion, reaching 19.87% of the yearly plan and increasing by 14.97% over the same period in 2024.

Besides, the city's budget revenue and expenditure situation ensures progress according to plan. Of which, total state budget revenue in the city in the first two months is estimated at over VND 2,400 billion, reaching 26.43% of the estimate assigned by Provincial People's Committee and 26.09% of Resolution approved by the City People's Council in 2025, an increase of 97.69% over the same period in 2024; total local budget expenditure is over VND 173 billion, reaching 6.79% of the estimate assigned by Provincial People's Committee and 6.55% of Resolution approved by the City People's Council in 2025.

In March 2025, People's Committee of Di An City will continue to fully understand and implement directive documents from the Prime Minister and Provincial People's Committee regarding tasks and plans for 2025; and strictly adhere to discipline and administrative regulations, as well as tasks and goals set for the year.
