Recently, the People's Committee of Di An City has just worked with the professional industry and the investors to agree on the design plan to build parks, miniatures, and sidewalks along the DT743 route in Di An ward. The project has an area of nearly 8,500 square meters, extending from the intersection of 550 to D4 street in Song Than 1 Industrial Park of Di An ward. This is a project invested by 2 units of Charm Group and VinGroup to implement the items of sidewalks, trees, and lawns, helping to create a clean and green landscape in the area.
Ms. Le Hai Phuong, a resident of Thong Nhat 1 neighborhood of Di An ward said: "Although the park and miniatures are in the finishing stage; our people are very impressed with the landscape and architecture of this work. I believe the project when completed will create more urban highlights for Di An city. Not only me but many people in the area want the project to go into operation at the soonest and have more such works to make the locality more spacious and clean."

According to Mr. Le Thanh Tai, Chairman of the People's Committee of Di An City, over the years, the system of technical and social infrastructure of Di An city has always been interested in investment and construction in accordance with the regulations, basically achieved many important results, creating conditions to promote the development of trade, services, industry and urban areas, contributing to maintaining stability of national defense and security in the locality. Most of the criteria for urban construction of class 3 and 2 of the city have been met; many key infrastructure projects in the area have been invested. The city has many urban areas and residential areas that have been focused on building and putting into operation to create a new look and promote socio-economic development.
In order to realize the goal of becoming a rich, beautiful and civilized city, the Party committees and authorities of Di An city have soon issued programs and implementation plans with specific targets, tasks and suitable solutions. On that basis, it has focused on mobilizing resources for investment in infrastructure construction, urban development, production development, promotion of administrative reforms, and good performance of socio-cultural tasks. .
The most obvious is the change in infrastructure of Di An city. The city's electrical infrastructure system, roads, schools and stations are synchronously invested as 100% of city-managed roads are asphalted. Economic - technical infrastructure is step by step commensurate with urban development requirements. Education, health care and cultural and sports facilities are invested in to meet the needs of the people. In the city, there are currently 116 investment projects in residential areas, urban areas, concentrated housing areas and apartments with a total land area of 864.8 hectares including 6 social housing projects. Mr. Le Thanh Tai added that in order to soon successfully realize the goal of being recognized as a class 2 city in 2022 and class 1 city in 2025 according to the national urban development program, the city is trying to implement breakthrough programs of the local Party Committee by issuing plans to renovate, embellish and build synchronous infrastructure of developing trade - high-quality services associated with industrial and urban development and improving the quality of human resources.
