Capital mainly pouring into industrial manufacture
Di An town is now home to 6 industrial parks with 731.85 hectares in total and 411 enterprises, including 199 FDI enterprises with total registered capital of more than US$1.64billion and 212 domestic ones capitalized at more than VND6.12trillion.

Nguyen Hoang Ngan, CEO of Binh Minh Plastic Joint Stock Company said that after 20 years of operation, the company’s factory in the Song Than 1 industrial park has constantly developed with new technologies applied, contributing to the common development of the company. The factory now has the annual capacity of 100,000 tons, up 20 times compared to the level of the first year of operation.
To achieve the above result, along with the efforts by all company staff, the company received support of the local leaders over periods. Possibly affirming, selecting the town for investment is a sound decision of the company.
Attaching special importance to auxiliary industry
After three years of implementing the Resolution of the local Party congress for the 2015-2020 tenure, the town has continued reaching stable socio-economic development. Particularly, the town’s industrial production value has reached the annual growth of 10.68%. The figure in 2018 alone achieved more than VND89.11trillion, up 9.99% compared to 2017. Of these, the State investment sector gained VND133billion. The non-State investment sector achieved more than VND36.69billion while the foreign investment sector was more than VND52.28trillion.
To successfully realize the Resolution of the 11th local Party congress, the town’s Party Committee has set tasks, solutions in line with the local development conditions, comprising of striving to get a 8%-10% growth in industrial manufacture.
According to the town’s People’s Committee, the town has created favorable conditions for enterprises to improve their production technologies, competitiveness, products’ quality and minimize environmental pollution. The town has also attached special importance to industrial development in association with promoting services, auxiliary industries at town-based industrial parks and compounds.
Since early this year, the town’s industrial manufacture has continued obtaining stable development. Town-based enterprises have also further innovated their production technologies, competitiveness and products’ quality.
