According to Di An district’s People’s Committee, the district has seen positive signs of the State budget collective and expenditure after implementing decentralization in the work.
The district’s total budget revenue in 2010 is estimated at more than VND1.776trillion, getting 112.88% of the province’s adjusted estimate and 106.12% of the resolution of the district’s People’s Council. Of the total figure, more than VND501bln is directly managed by the district or 120.49% of the province’s estimate and 112% of the resolution approved by the district’s People’s Council.
Also according to Di An district’s People’s Committee, decentralization in State budget has helped the district take more initiative in realizing its expenditure tasks. The district’s total State budget expenditure in 2010 is estimated at VND681bln, getting 129.68% of the province’s adjusted estimate and 123.74% of the resolution approved by the district’s People’s Council.
