With the application of digital transformation, information connection between departments in the enterprise is connected on the basis of a unified technology system, helping problems arising in the enterprise to be resolved immediately when they occur and operations are not blocked". In reality, many SMEs lack complete information about digital transformation, leading to uncertainty about where to begin, how to choose appropriate technologies and how to implement them effectively. Another issue is a tendency to rush and make shortcuts in the process, resulting in inefficiency. It has also continued collaborating with universities to develop human resources for logistics and digital technology, helping SMEs access and apply technologies in logistics operations.
