For the provincial budget, adjustment target in 2019 was VND6,170 billion, disbursement value until 14 May was VND547,034 billion, reaching 8.9% of the plan. Specifically, provincial budget for concentrated investment, public investment adjustment in 2019 was VND4,208 billion, disbursement value until 14 May was VND295.406 billion, reaching 7% of the plan; lottery capital was VND 1,405 billion, disbursement value until 14 May was VND177,744 billion, reaching 12.7% of the plan; provincial budget supported the district level, public investment adjustment in 2019 was VND557 billion, disbursement value until 14 May was VND73.884 billion, reaching 13.3% of the plan.
For the decentralized budget for the district level, public investment adjustment in 2019 was VND1,330 billion, disbursement value until 14 May was VND266,646 billion, reaching 20% of the plan.
