During the day, the delegation visited and surveyed two units that borrowed capital from Binh Duong Investment Credit Fund, including: An Thai High-Tech Agricultural Application Zone of U&I Agriculture Joint Stock Company and the Ancient Company. Agriculture and forestry part of Binh Duong. At each destination, the delegation heard reports on the company's production and business situation, advantages and disadvantages in the process of making procedures to borrow capital from Binh Duong Investment Credit Fund, the use of capital according to the intended purpose. Accordingly, An Thai High-tech Agriculture Zone, from 2013 to now, has 6 projects to borrow credit funds with a total amount of nearly VND 29 billion; Binh Duong Agriculture and Forestry Joint Stock Company borrowed over VND 100 billion. As of May 5-2019, all loans were disbursed 100%. Both units are entitled to a preferential loan rate of 3.85% per year, of which 9 months to 1 year of the first interest rate is 3% depending on the size of the project. In general, the units all make good use of loans, initially the projects bring significant profits.
In the coming time, the units petition the province to continue to create favorable conditions for capital and preferential policies to expand more projects, improve land use efficiency in order to bring higher economic efficiency, contribute to increase income for workers. The result of this monitoring is the basis for the Economic and Budget Department of the Provincial People's Council to develop suggestions for provincial leaders on practical solutions to develop high-tech agricultural applications in the locality.
