Welcome to the 25th anniversary of the re-establishment of Di An district (now Di An City). On the morning of August 14, in Dong Hoa ward, Di An City, the inauguration ceremony of the main East-West axis road section, from National Highway 1A (new Mien Dong bus station) to the intersection with National Highway 1K, was held.
Attending the ceremony was Mr. Bui Thanh Nhan, Standing Member, Head of the provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board, along with the leaders of Di An City, the construction unit, and the people.

At the ceremony, Mr. Pham Van Bay, Deputy Chairman of the People's Committee of Di An City, stated that over the past 25 years, along with the attention to socio-economic development, the city has continuously invested in infrastructure construction, renovation, urban development, and has become a second-class urban area under the province's jurisdiction.
The inauguration of the main East-West axis road and educational facilities; the headquarters of the People's Committee as well as the commencement of several other local projects are evidence of the city's continued strong development over the past 25 years.
The main East-West axis road project officially started on March 31, 2021, with a total investment of nearly 730 billion VND; the total length of the route is over 3km with 6 lanes, and the road surface is made of hot asphalt concrete.

The construction of Tan Dong Hiep B Secondary School has a total investment of 197 billion VND; with a scale of 45 boarding classes. The construction of Bui Thi Xuan Primary School has a total investment of nearly 102 billion VND; with a scale of 30 boarding classes. The construction of Tan Binh Ward People's Committee Headquarters has a total estimated investment of 45 billion VND, with a scale of 5 floors. The construction of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee Headquarters of Tan Dong Hiep Ward has a total approved investment of about 65 billion VND.
At the same time, the city organizes the groundbreaking ceremony for the renovation and construction of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee headquarters in Di An ward, with a total investment of about 67.9 billion VND.
In addition, at the ceremony, the city provided information about the plan to start the project "Upgrading and expanding 30th April Street, Binh Thang Ward." The project has a total length of nearly 1.5 km and a total investment of nearly 538 billion VND.
The project has a starting point intersecting with DT743A road and an end point intersecting with the parallel road of Hanoi Highway. The construction is expected to commence in September.
The Binh Thang Middle School project has a total investment of nearly 162 billion VND. It includes 21 boarding classrooms and blocks. The construction is expected to start in December 2024.
