After handing 251 houses located at Paradise Garden under the 1st phase of Ecolakes My Phuoc project over clients on Dec. 18, 2010, SetiaBecamex JSC, the investor of the project continued to hand 58 villas located at Dream Valley over clients.
Many clients are very pleased to receive their houses. Each housing area are protected and ensured safety for residents. At the hand-over ceremony, general director of SetiaBecamex JSC Leong Swee Chow, said “Our goal is to bring clients the best products and we want to ensure to bring them a better life”.

Relating to the hand-over ceremony, SetiaBecamex JSC said that company would soon open convenient works at the urban area to meet local residents’ demand on entertainment. From this month, the Funny House at Paradise Garden will bring conveniences including tennis-table ground, wifi coffee shop and mini golf ground for residents. After that, a swimming pool at the urban area’s club will be put into use in Nov. ahead. In addition, the club will have more works in the coming time.
Ecolakes My Phuoc is one of the biggest real estate projects in Vietnam so far.
