After putting into operation, Primacy Apparel Company's trade union in Ben Cat town in cooperation with the company directorate makes significant deeds to help improve laborers' working condition and income.

As of now, the “Tuong than, tuong ai” (Mutual love, mutual affection) Fund of Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP)’s Trade Union has received contributions from 124 units with nearly VND204mln.
