Implementing the price stabilization program, Co.opMart Binh Duong I and MM Mega Maket have fully prepared essential goods to serve people during the Tet holiday, especially for items with increased demand before, during and after Tet. Currently, the volume of Tet costumes has reached over 50% and 2 units have stocked 10 participating items and committed to sell quality products with prices at least 5-10% lower than the market prices for similar products. At the same time, plan to supply goods according to the actual needs of the market has been set. Many products such as agricultural products, vegetables, fruits, meat and fish are prepared in large quantities to be capable of controlling more than 50% of market demands. In addition, the 2 supermarkets also carry out many promotional programs to ensure food quality and safety.
Speaking at the survey, Ms. Tran Thi Minh Hanh, Head of the Economy and Budget Board of the provincial People's Council, said that the implementation plan of the two supermarkets was well prepared. However, it is necessary to continue strengthening the propaganda and pay attention to monitor market demand at the time of Tet to have flexible and the most suitable goods supply solutions at the end of the year.
