Specifically, functional forces have inspected 377 cases, detected 15 cases prosecuted, handled 263 cases of administrative violations with mainly violations in business of smuggled goods, counterfeit goods, infringement of intellectual property rights, poor quality goods, unclear origin, and unsafe food. Focus on some items such as gasoline, cigarettes, electrical equipment, electronics, various types of food, Western medicine, functional foods, electric bicycles, textbooks, etc. In the coming time, the Provincial Market Management Department and the Provincial Police will continue to coordinate well to timely detect and strictly handle violations in each management area, thereby contributing to protecting the legitimate interests of production and business organizations, individuals, consumer rights, and contributing to market stability, developing the economy.
