Visiting Binh Duong Apparel Co.Ltd. on the first days of 2015, working ambience at the company were very lively and urgently. Right from the early days of 2015, as many as 3,000 workers of the company worked busily to timely deliver to partners and complete the entrusted plans before the Lunar New Year 2015.
Le Hong Phoa, director of the company said “Right from the early days of January, we focused on producing products for the signed orders. Our orders concentrate on high grade markets, so clients highly appreciate quality and service. We estimate to reach about US$5mil in January of 2015”.
With scientific investment, assurance of product quality, Binh Duong Apparel Co.Ltd. in the past year reaped an export turnover of US$55mil. In 2015, with traditional markets such as the US, EU, and Japan along with the signed orders, the company strives to surpass about 5% of its plans and goals of production and business.
Like other enterprises located at the province, on the first days of this year, production and business at Lien Phat Footwear Company became stable. According to Mrs. Truong Thuy Lien, director of the company cum vice chairwoman of Binh Duong provincial Footwear and Leather Association said that this is the time that all employees and cadres of the company must focus on completing orders signed in 2015. At present, the company has won orders till the end of 2015. The company estimates to produce about 2 million of pairs of shoes and win about US$5mil in this year.
Meanwhile, Sao Nam Trade and Production Co.Ltd in Tan Uyen town becomes lively with lively working ambience. Do Thi Kim Loan, general director of the company cum vice chairwoman of Binh Duong provincial Timber Processing Association said that the company’s employees must work urgently right on the first days of January to finalize orders signed in Oct. 2014. In addition, the company announced to increase salary from 15-20% for workers.

Assessing the apparel industry in 2015, Le Hong Phoa said that the local apparel industry will continue to reach breakthroughs. Especially, once free trade agreements with Korea, the Customs Union of Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Russia take effect, enterprises will enjoy many orders from these markets. Truong Thuy Lien said that the domestic footwear industry enjoys a big advantage of FTA.
Possible speaking, 2015 is the year footwear and textile and garment industries enjoy numerous advantages, promising many new contracts.
Sharing expectations in 2015, Do Thi Kim Loan added that her company has high expectations of the Government’s policies of supporting banking interest rates, tax, administration procedures and so on that will facilitate enterprises’ production expansion. In Binh Duong, South Tan Uyen industrial park has attracted many woodwork processing companies. This is a joyful signal for enterprises’ production in 2015.
With lively ambience of production at enterprises, stability in production and orders, especially preferential policies plus trade agreements are joyful signals for local enterprises’ development and local economic growth in 2015.
