Mr. Huynh Thu Lap, Vice Chairman of Ben Cat Town People's Committee, said that he was well aware of the role of attracting investment in socio-economic development departments, branches and localities promote administrative reforms, especially administrative procedures in investment, in order to save costs and reduce time for procedures for people and businesses. The locality always strives to create an open, transparent and competitive investment and business environment to attract more investors to do business. In particular, the locality prioritizes projects in supporting industries, high technology, limiting labor-intensive investment projects, environmental pollution, and investment projects outside industrial parks.
To promote socio-economic development, in the coming time, the town will continue to reform administrative procedures to make the investment environment better and better. In addition, the town reviewed the criteria of the land use planning, compared with the subdivision plans in order to timely solve the inadequacies and asynchronous between the two master plans and detail. Along with that, the town continues to make good efforts to implement the policy of the provincial People's Committee not to develop investment in factories and workshops outside industrial parks.
At the same time, the town re-evaluated the results of implementation of land use plannings, construction functional zoning plannings to prepare for the adjustment period of the planning period 2020-2025. The Town People's Committee has issued Document No. 1821 / UBND-TH dated September 3, 1919 on reorganizing the operation of receiving administrative procedures dossiers at the OSS section. Accordingly, the town requires heads of agencies, departments and departments to seriously implement the direction of town leaders. The Town People's Committee also instructed the specialized departments to review the process of handling administrative procedures in the field of land, construction permit, and environment. Those stages are no longer suitable with the actual rooms, the committee proposed the Town People's Committee to adjust accordingly.
The Town's People's Committee also directed the Office of the People's Council - the Town's People's Committee to urgently plan and review the assessment of the capacity of officials and employees at the one-stop section in order to timely improve their capacity in professional work to improve the morality and quality of officials working in the one-stop shop at all levels.
