Since the beginning of the year, the power supplying sector in Bac Tan Uyen district has continued to ensure stable power supply to serve the production, business, and daily life activities of enterprises and residents, contributing to the effective implementation of the national target program for building new rural areas and the investment program for the power grid system in the district. Outstanding results show that the electricity sector has installed 826 new electric meters, bringing the total number of electric meters in the district to 22,090, with the percentage of households using electricity reaching 99.9%; a savings of 20.070 million kWh has been achieved, reaching 109.7% of the annual plan.
In 2025, Bac Tan Uyen district will continue to strive to improve and complete the electricity network in the area according to the approved planning and plans to provide safe, stable, and continuous electricity to serve the socio-economic development of the local area.
