In case of normal operation of power system, adequate supply of electricity will be ensured for socio-economic development and people’s livelihood demand without interruption.
In case of short-time unbalance of power demand and supply, an urgent measure of power interruption will be implemented.
In case of long-time unbalance of power demand and supply, clients with usage of 50,000kWh and above per month and companies involving in steel, iron and cement production will be suggested to reduce their production capacity. If clients implement reduction of power usage but they do not ensure plan, measure of urgent interruption of power will be implemented.
In case of suddenly high demand of power usage, Binh Duong Electricity Company will suggest the Southern Electricity Company to adjust plan.
In case of abnormal factors triggering influences on power supply, adjustment of power output will be implemented on rate set out by EVN. However, priorities of electricity provision will be given to important clients ratified by the provincial People’s Committee, power supply for political events and exams will be also implemented.
