In the past 5 years, the above 7 workers and their colleagues have constantly researched, given initiatives which had been applied by the units in practice, contributing to improving product quality and saving costs of safe production. Thereby, the initiatives have benefited units and businesses with a total value of more than VND 340 billion.
Take Bach Le Ngoc Chau for an example, she has implemented 5 projects and initiatives, benefiting businesses with an amount of more than VND 330 billion from 2018 to 2022. With the project of improving and optimizing the inspection standards for damaged goods for annual codes in 2018, Chau benefits businesses more than VND 43 billion a year. The project to improve and change the method of determining damaged goods for the annual code in 2019 benefits businesses VND 45 billion a year; the project of improving and renovating the material conversion framework in 2021 benefited more than VND 95 billion a year. The project to improve and change the preservation conditions for product protection photos in 2022 benefited VND 60 billion a year; solutions to reduce damaged lenses in 2022 benefited VND 87 billion a year.
